DESCRIPTION

Motion tracking is a fundamental skill for people working in post-production. Countless everyday tasks rely on some form of tracking across the disciplines. If you are working in VFX, you'll often need matchmoving to mix CG elements with the real world. As a video editor you will come across motion tracking in color correction, sky replacements, obscuring objects such as car license plates, or even to stabilize shaky footage.

In this webinar, you'll learn to use planar tracking in Imagineer Systems Mocha to solve shots where a regular point tracker can't help. You will identify what to track and how to track it, even though it's nowhere near your target. Track once, then use that data for multiple purposes including matchmoving, image stabilizing and to make rotoscoping a snap.

You will also see how to use that data across multiple applications, including Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut & Motion. Work smarter to beat deadlines, improve the quality of your tracks and boost your final product.
